I just placed an order, when will it ship?

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of you placing the order using UPS, USPS or FEDEX  depending on your location and fastest available service. Due to the nature of the mail, orders can take a few days and up to a few weeks to arrive depending on where the order is going. If you purchased an option with tracking, I will send you an email with tracking information as soon as it is available. 


I want to order something but it is out of stock, what do I do?

No problem!  Just email me at Jessica@theotakunook.com and let me know what you are looking for.  Some items take longer to make than others but I will let you know which items may have a longer lead time.


Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.


I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at jessica@theotakunook.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
